Area of provenance: Coteaux Sud d'Epernay (Epernay) Plots of 50 years old vines and older
Grapes: 70% Meunier (of which 15% without malolactic fermentation), 5% Pinot Noir (without malolactic fermentation), 25% Chardonnay
