Grape: 100% Pinot Meunier - Blanc de Meuniers
Altitude: from 89 meters to 230 meters above sea level
Harvest: Grapes picked exclusively by hand, and collected in crates between September and early October
Ageing and vinification:
Our Champagne Extra-Brut rests for 36 months in the cellar. Millesime 2018
• 73% Cuvée Pinot Meunier vinified in steel with malolactic fermentation.
• 27% Cuvée Pinot Meunier vinified in wooden barrels (oak) without malolactic fermentation.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Residual sugars: 3 gr/litre
