Born from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in red wine, this Rosé, Brut Nature champagne is drunk until the first light of dawn. A Rosé with a beautiful expression (fine spices, currants, rusks and green pepper) whose zero dosage confers a refined and manly style.

Its delicate green reflections are reminiscent of the lime tree, a tree with protective symbolism. To the eye, the nose and the mouth, the magic undoubtedly operates in this cuvée of great finesse. A Blanc de Blancs for aperitif and meal fully expressing the aromas of white fruits, citrus fruits and flowers.

Racy and complex, the Ratafia Jean Diot seduces with its flavors of rum arranged with orange peels and limes.
